#1 Andy (Bookings/press dude/co-founder).

1. Best gig by a long shot was Archers of Loaf @ Cargo in London. I waited 18 years to see this lot.
2. Hospitality’s self titled Merge Records debut (promo) isn’t out till 2012, but it will be a one to watch. Solid first album and every song is a potential single.
3. Crooked Fingers ‘Breaks in the Armor’ is the best record of the year without a shadow of a doubt. Meant a lot to me at a difficult time.
4. Above Them ‘are we a danger to ourselves?’(promo) – again, not out till 2012, but marks another evolution by the band. Go get this.
5. Hammer No More the Fingers ‘Black Shark’ album & UK Tour – I love these guys like brothers, and hope that Jack over at Alcopop! Records is going to take good care of them. I’m sure he will and that they will go on to get the success they deserve!
